Warranty Information
Every Open Box and Refurbished product sold by Kiani Distribution is covered by a store warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Open Box Products: Minimum 1-Year covering defects in functionality.

Refurbished Products: Minimum 90-day warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
If a manufacturer’s warranty still applies, we will honour that coverage as well.
If an item fails under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion once the product is returned and inspected.
Return & Exchange Policy
Open Box and Refurbished products follow the same return process as new items but may have different eligibility windows:

Open Box: Returnable within 30 days of delivery.

Refurbished: Returnable within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received, with all included accessories.
