Returns and Exchanges

General Return & Exchange Policy

Most products sold by Kiani Distribution can be returned or exchanged within the time periods below.

Product Return Periods:

  • Brand New and Open Box : Within 30 Days from the date of delivery

  • Refurbished: Within 14 Days from the date of delivery

Exceptions include:

  • Cellular/wireless devices tied to a carrier plan (see below)

  • Products listed as non-returnable

To process a return or exchange, customers must provide:

  • The original receipt or order confirmation

  • The original method of payment (refunds are issued to the same payment method)

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, bonus items, and included components

  • Valid contact information. Government-issued ID may be requested for verification purposes


Cellular and Wireless Devices

Devices Purchased With a Carrier Plan

Carrier-activated devices may have additional restrictions based on carrier policies. These devices can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Devices must be returned in like-new condition and must have all security locks disabled.

Unlocked Devices (Not Carrier Activated)

Unlocked devices purchased from Kiani Distribution may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, following all general product condition rules.

Before returning any wireless device:

  • All security settings must be disabled (Activation Lock, iCloud Lock, Google FRP, etc.).


Bundles, Bonus Items, Large Items & Defective Products

Bonus (Free) Items 

If your purchase included a free bonus item, both the main product and the bonus item must be returned together for a full refund.
Bonus items can only be exchanged if defective.

Bundle Purchases 

If you return part of a bundle, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the stand-alone price of the items you keep.

Large Items 

Large products (e.g., TVs over 55”, large appliances, furniture, fitness equipment) are subject to special return handling.
Return shipping fees or pickup service fees may apply depending on the nature of the item and customer location.

Defective Items 

Defective items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days and must include original packaging and all components.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads (software, video games, etc.)

  • Gift cards or pre-paid cards

  • Intimate, personal, or hygienic products

  • Open Box or floor-model major appliances

  • Consumable office supplies (ink, toner, paper, etc.)

  • Batteries

  • Other items explicitly marked Final Sale on the product page

  • Items sold under Clearance

Product Condition Requirements

Most items may be returned even if opened, but must be in like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage. Additional rules include:

Must Be Unopened:

  • Major appliances

  • Beauty, grooming, and personal care items (except hair tools)

  • Fitness equipment

  • Computer components & upgrades

  • Software, physical media, video games

  • Paper supplies & office consumables

  • Headphones, headsets, VR equipment

  • Microphones

  • Photo film

Must Be Unused / Like-New:

  • Electronics must have all security settings disabled


Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to certain opened items, including:

  • Action cameras & camcorders

  • DSLR & mirrorless cameras

  • Drones

  • Camera lenses & flashes

  • Projectors

  • Electric bikes & scooters (only if used or missing original packaging)


Disabling Security Settings (Required Before Return)

Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.)

Disable Activation Lock via iCloud or device settings.

Android Devices

Disable Factory Reset Protection (FRP) before returning.


Shipping Charges & Environmental Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

  • Environmental handling fees (EHFs), where applicable, are refundable when a product is returned.
