1. Shipping Areas
We ship to addresses across Canada. If we cannot ship to your postal code or region (for example due to size/weight restrictions or remote-area limitations), we’ll notify you at checkout or via email before dispatch.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your payment and verification are completed (unless otherwise noted).

After processing, standard shipping delivery times may apply based on your location and the shipping method selected.

For larger items (such as furniture, large electronics, or bulky shipments), scheduled delivery may apply, and delivery could take more time depending on carrier and region.

Please note: Processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; they may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges can start at $15 but vary depending on the item’s size, weight, your shipping address and shipping method. Free Shipping will be provided on select items.

Additional fees may apply for remote areas, oversized items, or expedited shipping.
4. Carriers & Tracking

We use reliable couriers and postal services such as Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator; once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when applicable) to track your shipment.

5. Large & Bulky Items / Scheduled Delivery

Some large items (for example: major appliances, large TVs, outdoor equipment) require special handling and scheduled delivery.

After your order is shipped, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery date/time.

A person aged 18+ must usually be present at delivery.

You may need to clear delivery access (stairs, hallways, doorways) in advance.

Delivery of these items may take 1-2 or more depending on availability and shipping method.
6. Shipping Area Restrictions & Returns

There may be some restrictions or surcharges for remote locations or certain addresses. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified during checkout or shortly thereafter.

If you need to return an item shipped to you, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. For large items, the return requirements may be more stringent (e.g., original packaging, unassembled furniture).
7. Order Changes, Address Corrections & Shipping Delays

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once the order is accepted and processed, changing the shipping address may delay the shipment or incur extra charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (if applicable), or inclement weather.
8. Missing Packages
- If your package has been delivered but you cannot locate the item check the area to insure it hasn't been placed anywhere else. If the item still cannot be located contact us in order to start an investigation with the shipping provided.
- Investigations can take up o 30-Days
- We are not responsible for any items that have gone missing due to theft after the delivery has been completed.
